It was in the way she spoke, the way she acted, the way she loved and the way she cared
Marian’s gift was not only in her hands but in her tongue
Her words were life, her word gave direction, her words healed and her words inspired
She wasn’t one to mince her words, she would tell the truth as it is
And that truth will set you free
I loved Marian for her authenticity, she was who she said she was
She truly loved and cared for people
Her heart was so deep and she felt too deep
She felt other people’s hurt and used her hands and words to soothe them
Just when we had gotten to know her, just when our love was growing
She was taken away from us…
We feel the pain because she is irreplaceable
She is an angel…
She is a queen… a master of her own kingdom
If only words and actions would bring you back, we would summon them
Just to have you back, to see you once more
